Who we are…

Frans an independent entrepreneur, and his brother, togheter they had their own motorcycle clothing business…
Bea worked for years as a nurse….
For 20 years we had our own family hotel in Sint-Martens-Latem (Hotel Torenhof)

At the end of 2020 there was the unexpected request to sell our hotel.

We decided to opt for a quieter life and decided to purchase 3 apartments for holiday rental in Nieuwpoort-Bad.

Our love for Westies is united with our family name in a logo… and “Sea-Rent” was a fact…

In order to meet many different wishes, we decided to purchase an additional flat in 2023 - with a completely different location
